Sundarbans Mangrove Forest UNESCO Site

Sunderbans is the largest delta covered with mangrove forest in the world. It is located in Bangladesh and India.  More than two third of the Sunderbans is in Bangladesh and rest part in West Bengal, India. It is awarded as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for largest delta formed by River Ganga, Brahmaputra and Meghna. 

The Sundarbans National Park is a National Park, Tiger Reserve, and a Biosphere Reserve located in the Sundarbans delta in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is the place of large variety of flora and fauna population including species of birds, spotted deer, crocodiles and snakes with largest reserves of Royal Bengal Tigers.
